Keeping your information private, simple, and my communication to you from prying eyes is a top priority and required by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Secure. Simple. HIPAA Privacy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Secure, simple, and ensuring information I share is in privacy compliance. Not an easy task until now. HIPAA (or Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) is the confidential information shared by your healthcare provider (employees and\/or partnered vendors) with others who legally need access to your information AND its being shared electronically. When you receive messages from your provider (i.e., therapist, dentist, psychiatrist, primary care physician, cardiologist, podiatrist, etc.), they are required as a “covered entity” to ensure that all identifying information about you is kept from anyone else obtaining it. And, this includes your email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I listened and implemented change<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

I admit, I had a private struggle. I’m no different from you. Technology changes often and trying to keep up on it and satisfying those we serve without complications makes it confounding, at times. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I heard you – my clients and colleagues. My last email partner was secure and private though far from simple. The struggle was real. Passwords to see messages made a complicated relationship. Now, I’m partnered with Google Workspace and Paubox<\/a> to ensure my contact with you is HIPAA privacy compliant, secure and simple . No password to remember and still keeping email to you secure and fully encrypted from the minute the send button is pushed until it hits your inbox.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When you started working with ChatterSoupe, I encouraged use of the online secure messaging portal. The secure text-like messaging is still available for you to use at no additional cost; I’ve just provided you a new, secure option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Of course, there’s the traditional phone call too that we invite you to use. Just know that the our phone lines are not live-answered and you will be directed to leave a voice mail message.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
